Pilgrim Faith has groups of all types for members to share in fellowship, fun and faith:
Short Term Study Groups (four to six weeks) are offered several times a year for face to face study. Enrollment is open to all interested adults or older youth. Recent study topics included, “Prayer,” “Finding Your Way Through the Muck and Mess of Life, “Taking God to Work,” “Miracles of Jesus”, “Finding God in Hard Times”, “Getting Back Up when You Are Down”, “Questions I’d Like to Ask God”, “Discernment”, “The Book of Revelation”.
W.I.S.H. Women’s Group
Open to all women, this group meets at 7 p.m. on the first Wednesday of most months from September through May for food, fellowship and a variety of programs and projects. Recent projects have included making valentine cards for shut-ins, book discussions, tie-dying Easter eggs and serving supper for the PADS homeless shelter site at Pilgrim Faith. They organize the annual Christmas Craft Workshop for the children and families of the church and hold a weekend retreat in the fall at Tower Hill Camp in Michigan. Pilgrim Faith Men’s Group
The Pilgrim Faith Men’s Group welcomes men of all ages. They hold a retreat every winter at Tower Hill Camp in Michigan and host the annual All Church Brunch in June. Other activities include helping with church work projects, canoe trips and getting together to watch The Bears. Contact the church office for more information.
S.T.A.R.S. (Seniors Together Are Really Special)]
S.T.A.R.S. is a very active group for those 60 or better. The group is a mix of church members and seniors from surrounding communities.
