We continue to monitor the COVID cases in our region, the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the Governor’s Office, and the United Church of Christ. This page will provide updated information about the various ministries at Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ.
Sunday Worship: Virtual/Online Only
Due to rising COVID numbers and the recent statement by the governor, a decision has been made to return to virtual services on Zoom and Facebook Live beginning Sunday, November 1 at 10:00 AM. We will re-evaluate this decision to hold virtual services after the New Year to determine a time when it is safe to once again worship together in the sanctuary. Our objective is to return to worship as soon as it is safe to do so.
We ask that you do not come to the church on Sunday morning for worship and to join us on Zoom or Facebook Live. Visit the Worship this Sunday page for details and the worship bulletin.
Please notify Pastor James or the church office if you or anyone you know is in need of support during this time. Additionally, send any prayer requests to Pastor James at email@example.com.
The Pilgrim Faith Food Pantry continues the vital mission of helping feed and nourish those in our community in need of assistance. We require registration and that you are limited to one (1) visit per week. We have moved inside due to weather. Due to COVID-19, face coverings (masks) and appropriate social distancing is required, and only one household is allowed in the “shopping area” at a time.
Many community groups and outside organizations use the Pilgrim Faith church facilities on a regular basis, including support groups and Scouts. Each group is responsible for making their own decision about in-person gatherings, so please check with the specific organization for more details. Of course, all who use the facilities are expected to use appropriate social distancing and wear face protection.
