Instructions for selecting your music and receiving your order:

Welcome and thank you for visiting our music library and hope that you can find from our listing the selection of music you are looking to find. We are happy to offer any amount of music that you would like for your music program. Below are the instructions for securing your music:

1. Review the listing of our music. All selection are listed alphabetically by title. You are able to locate your selection by composer or arranger if that is what you need to do.

2. Once you have selected your music, please send us an E-mail with your request and the number of copies that you would like. You can use the church's e-mail to request your order: E-mail: office@pilgrimfaith.org

 

3. Please indicate whether you will be coming to Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ, Oak Lawn, IL.  to pick up your order or if you will need us to send it to you via the USPS. Our address: 9411 S. 51st Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. , 60453.

 

4. At this time we are only able to accept cash or check. Should you use a check, please make the check out to Pilgrim Faith U.C.C. and place in the memo: Choral Music Donation

 

5.  If you choose to have the selections mailed to you, we would ask that you include an additional $10.00 for USPS priority mail. Please provide the best address for your order and include your name and we'll send it to you as soon as we are able to process your request.

 

6. Because of copyright laws, we are unable to sell the music to you, but we would ask for a donation of what you believe the value of order would be.  Please know that the donations we receive will be used to set up a special account for Pilgrim Faith U.C.C. to provide honorariums for our guest musicians.

Thank you so much for your interest in our music. We have over 1000 choral arrangements, orchestras, Cantatas, and hand-bell music and we will be adding to this list until we complete the process. In the meantime, perhaps there is something on our current list that you can use for your musical program. Thank you so much.
